Texas Glass Door offers modern metal door systems made from materials such as galvanized steel, extruded aluminum alloy, and thermal-break metal systems.

Available configurations include single doors, double doors, pivot doors, bi-fold doors, sliding doors, partitions, and glass-wall systems. Availability and specifications vary by model.

Send your project details to sales@texasglassdoor.com or text/call +1 (469) 653-6546. If we miss your call, please leave a message.

Once we have the necessary project information, we normally prepare the quotation within 24–48 hours. Pricing depends on size, style, material, configuration, quantity, and project requirements.

Our door systems are built around heavy-duty materials, precision fabrication, and durable finishes. Depending on the product line, features may include:

  • 10-gauge galvanized cold-rolled steel for heavy-duty steel door frames.
  • Precision CNC machining for lock preparation and critical components.
  • TIG welding for clean, strong frame fabrication.
  • Insulation foam inside applicable frames.
  • AkzoNobel Interthane 870 protective finish on applicable steel products.
  • Heavy-duty hinges engineered for large door loads.
  • Insulated tempered glass options, including double-pane configurations with argon gas.

Exact construction and glass specifications vary by model, so please confirm the specifications shown on your quotation or approved drawing.

These are heavy architectural door systems, so professional installation is strongly recommended. A single steel door can weigh approximately 400 lbs, while a double door can weigh approximately 800 lbs, depending on size and configuration.

Installation time varies by the opening, framing condition, door size, and finishing work required.

Shipping cost depends on the delivery location, door size, total weight, and shipment configuration. We can help arrange delivery through a third-party transportation provider and obtain a delivery quote.

Because many products are oversized and heavy, customers should plan suitable unloading equipment and enough people to safely receive the shipment.

A thermal-break system uses a thermal barrier within the metal frame to reduce heat transfer between exterior and interior surfaces.

For areas with significant temperature changes, thermal-break construction can help improve energy efficiency and reduce condensation, temperature transfer, and outside noise.

Custom doors require design review, material preparation, fabrication, trial assembly, finishing, inspection, and packing.

A typical custom-order lead time is approximately 12–20 weeks after the design is approved and the required production payment has been received. Timing can vary by model, complexity, material availability, and production schedule.

Expedited production may be possible for some projects at additional cost.

Please use our Measuring Guide before placing a custom order. Accurate rough-opening width, height, wall condition, and finished-floor information help us recommend the correct door size.
