Question: Why is the price so high? Is this the best price for me?

Answer:  Value always comes with the quality we provide to you. Here are the reasons why our products are worth the price:

  • Frame: We are the leading company in Texas using high-quality galvanized cold roll steel door.  Our doors can  withstand high winds.  The galvanized and triple painted doors have excellent corrosion resistance.  Our doors are 10 gauge, the thickest and heaviest compared to other steel door companies on the market. Galvanized steel doors enhance the strength of the iron and protects it from rust and corrosion, while also reducing maintenance needs.
  • Hinges: The hinge core is made from 304 stainless steel combined with brass. The outer part is precisely machined on a CNC machine for high accuracy.  The hinges can hold up to 1000lbs.
  • Standard holes for locks are designed and cut by technicians using a high-precision CNC milling machine.
  • We use advanced TIG welding technology to fabricate steel frames for all our doors. It produces higher quality welding and take much longer.  TIG welding has stronger weld  with less spatter, and distortion. TIG welding is much more difficult than MIG welding and takes more time to complete the same joint.
  • Insulation foam is injected into the frame.  Insulation is the two-component Polyol and Isocyanate compound that has excellent insulation property.
  • Paint: The finish consists of three layers of Interthane 870, a two-component polyurethane paint from AkzoNobel, specifically designed for marine applications, thick, providing excellent durability and high abrasion resistance.
  • Weight: The weight of a single door can reach up to 400 lbs, and a double door can weigh up to 1000 lbs.
  • Glass: We are able to accommodate custom thickness of glass if it’s required by customers.

Our standard glass is  double-glazed tempered glass and it’s up to 1 inch thick and contains minimum 90%+ Argon gas, with 5mm tempered glass on both sides and a 16A spacer filled with desiccant at the edges. All glass is heat-treated after tempering; an extra prevention step to ensure . Each step of the glass production process is tested using specialized equipment and gauges according to distinct quality standards.Choose us and upgrade the value of your home, not only improving your quality of life but also making a smart long-term investment.

Question: Can I install my door myself, and how long will it take?

Answer:  The installation is a significant task that requires at least two days and two experienced installers to complete the job, as our doors are very heavy. For a single door, the total weight is 400 lbs (200 lbs for the frame and 200 lbs for the panel). For a doubledoor, the total weight is 800 lbs (200 lbs for the 2"x6" frame and 200 lbs for each panel).

Question:  What are the shipping costs?

Answer: Shipping costs will depend on your location for an accurate price.

Please note that most of our products are larger than standard lifting gates, and our steel doors can weigh significantly up to 400 lbs for single doors and 800 lbs for double doors or more. We do not provide lifting jacks or cranes. You will need at least four (4) strong individuals and appropriate tools to move the product and all components to a safe location for installation. We also recommend shipping the frame and panels separately to avoid damage.

Question:  What are insulated doors, and how can I make my house warm in winter and cool in summer?

Answer:  Insulated doors have a thermal barrier placed inside the door frame to prevent energy transmission.

This reduces the heat transfer through the metal frame of the door, resulting in improved energy efficiency.

For customers living in areas with extreme weather changes, we recommend our Thermal Break feature, which prevents the door's interior from freezing in winter and helps prevent hot temperatures in summer. This feature also reduces noise and condensation.

Answer: The estimated delivery time is 12-20 weeks from the date we receive the initial 50% deposit, plus after the final approval of the CAD design (or depending on the order sample).
