Pickup Instructions

Schedule your pickup before visiting our Anna warehouse. Steel and iron door orders are heavy, crated, and require the right vehicle, tie-downs, padding, and loading help.

Before You Arrive

  • Contact our team at least 72 hours in advance.
  • Wait for pickup confirmation before coming to the warehouse.
  • Confirm order details, crate status, and pickup time.

Vehicle and Loading

  • Bring a truck or trailer rated for the order weight and size.
  • Single door sets can weigh about 400 lbs.
  • Larger double door sets may exceed 800 lbs.
  • Bring enough people or equipment to load safely.

What to Bring

  • Heavy-duty straps or tie-downs
  • Moving blankets, padding, or foam sheets
  • Corner protectors or cushioning
  • Any equipment required for your truck or trailer

Loading Responsibility

Please bring enough people or equipment to load and secure your order safely. Pickup may be delayed if the vehicle or securing materials are not suitable.

Inspect Before Leaving

Please inspect your order at the warehouse before loading. Once the order leaves our facility, Texas Glass Door is not responsible for damage or loss during transportation.
