• Items purchased are shipped via specialized third-party carriers, and we are not liable for transit damage occurring after dispatch.
• The risk of loss passes directly to you when TEXAS GLASS DOOR transfers the consignment to the carrier.
• You agree to indemnify and hold Texas Glass Door harmless from any legal claims, losses, costs, and expenses, including attorney fees, arising from improper installation or failure to adhere to these terms.
